Maybe we could have two rules threads?

One being for the actual rules, and another being for rule discussion? Aside from the ones we'll have in the staff section, but to let the regular members debate about rules too. To a degree, anyway.

No, keep this unlocked for comments, and then also include the rules in the nav bar.

I'm still waiting. Ad you need to add the rule that you are not allowed to post absolutely nothing when you quote.

Due to recent occurances with such an item within recent times, I have thought of a new rule that could be added to the list.

"If a topic has been locked by the Moderators or Administrators, members are not allowed to create a second topic on the same subject as the locked topic. If created, the topic will be locked, or completely removed from the site, and the member, if they are the creator of the first locked topic, be given a warning."
