Actually, no. We didn't decide this because SL had a tantrum or anything.
Its just part of the cleanup. The rest of the rules are probably going to be changed in one way or another as well.

I had nothing to do with your chat ban. It was something Joe did.
I don't know why he banned you or when, so you'll have to PM him.

He banned me cause i was joking around about hacking the site, though thats my fault for doing it in the first place because how the heck am i supposed to let people know im joking.

Actually i was finished doing that and the only things i said were hell and damn so yeah..
