No, Next year would mark it as 2. I started it in 2008.

Besides, If it were to be released now without those corruptions, I wouldn't think to do so many things I did now. The game would be kinda bland. So think of it as a sort of hidden blessing or something.

Expect a late, yet large update. I've been having a hard time doing things in some kind of order lately. A lot's been going on. I've got a lot on my mind. But soon things will start calming down and I can probably work a little faster on my game. I think what I really need is a full night's sleep. Since I've been going out so much lately,(sometimes multiple times a day.) I've been getting to bed late.

But with my mom's laptop finally in working order again, I can work a lot more efficiently. I can work on little things there, but it would really help a lot.

I've been getting ideas for mainly the story lately. But its for how the ending would work out. I only wrote down the backstory that slowly gets revealed throughout the game. (Events that took place before the game.) I've gotten into the writing mood finally, but I feel like I have no place to write it at all. Since I have no place to write it down, it kinda unmotivated me for actually working on my game. So thats one reason the next update will be late. When I DO write out the story, very few people will get to read it. infact, probably only 3 other than myself. Sorry 'bout that, I can't spoil the game to everyone. I need someone besides myself to look over it and tell me how I've done.

Hopefully by the next update, I can show you more of Green Flower City. And for wishful thinking, a completed GFC.

How long do you think it will take before GFC's completion?

Not sure. Haven't been working too much on it in the past few days. Mainly been working on finishing Kyle.

Alright, alright. Thats enough. I don't want to stray too far off topic, okay?

Kyle's nearing completion. I just need to know what sword-skills I should give him now that I've removed most of them. I am removing a huge chunk out of his Magic-Sword skills and adding some more onto his normal sword techniques. But I'm replacing a lot of them. Here's the difference between the skills he used to have and the skills he has.


Jump Slice: Performs multiple somersaults in the air while striking the enemy with sword out. (May or may not replace.)

Sword Beam: Shoots a beam out of the blade. (Replaced with Power Strike: puts all of his strength behind an attack. [pierces defense])

Super Sword Beam: Powered up version of Sword Beam. (Free skill slot)

Sword Thok: Jumps and shoots self forward at the enemy with sword sticking out. (Free Skill Slot)

Multi-Blade Frenzy: Attacks wildly swinging his sword around in a mad frenzy. Attempts to instantly kill an enemy, if not blind them from the bright flash emitting from the attack. (Kept, but updated.)

Mirage Cut: Tricks the enemy and attacks from above. Powerful and 100% chance hit. (Will be kept and updated.)

Hyper Blade: Kyle's ultimate move. Uses all skills learned. Using the 6 elements of the Gemblade in one powerful attack, Hyper Blade neutralizes normally impenetrable barriers. (Kept, but updated.)



There are two other free spaces that I could possibly use for skills, or possibly something else. I need ideas here. I kind of have an idea for two that come from two different games: 1 being Cloud Strife's 'Braver' limit break, and 2 being the well known 'Demon Fang' from the Tales Of series, which could be a sufficient replacement for the Sword beam skill he had.

Probably will be some pretty nasty attacks. For the enemies, that is.

Thats more like it, since I know what that is. Although it'd be pretty tricky, I MIGHT be able to pull it off.

How about you make your own skills and ideas instead of taking others from another game?

Thats why I asked for ideas. I did make my own skills, I just ran out of ideas.

I didn't mean any. It was just an idea for a new skill. I was thinking it would we some kind of spinning-sword attack.

Oh yeah, make sure that the Zatic Cameo sword is in :D

I almost forgot about that. But shouldn't there be a cameo from the new Zatic now? I'd like to see what you can come up with for him.
