Sonic and The Galactic Mission (SaTGM)

This is a fanfic I was writing about a year ago,
I kinda stopped without a reason, I just kind of forgot about it.

But i want to continue writing this thing, as it was an original topic and I liked it too.
I won't spoil the storyline just yet, since that would be a majoy ketdown lol xD

So, Here I'm going to post the chapters, and their location on here (like page) and their location on my dA account.

It was deep fog on top of the Mountain, What was it's name again ? He forgot...
Out of nothing a machine appeared and grabbed Sonic. 'Wha... what happened ?!'
'C'mon Sonic, give up! You've lost!' Eggman said.
This is not happening! It's just not happening!
'Hohoho! I have you this time, there's no way you can stop me now, not without the Chaos Emeralds!'
Sonic was trapped, no way out! Was it... Was it really the end ?
How has it come this far ?
'Prepare to say goodbye!' Eggman said while preparing his robot to crush Sonic once and for all. Sonic was confused, he didn't know what was happening, it happened all so fast.
The robot's arm came towards Sonic, when it nearly reached him, he yelled 'Noooooooooo!' A loud blow could be heard.


'Noooooooo!' ... *pant* *pant* *pant* 'Was it... a dream ?'
Sonic woke from his sleep, he was sweating like hell... 'A... a nightmare ?'
Amy came by Sonic's house to take him on a date, Sonic promised to do so. But Sonic wasn't himself that day. What was that dream about ? Did it have some meaning ? No! It can't be, it's just a dream.
'Look Sonic! That place looks cute, let's go there!' Amy said while pointing at a small looking restaurant. 'Let's go eat here'
'Euh... Sure Amy'
And just before they wanted to enter the restaurant, Tails came running to them.
'Sonic!' He yelled, 'Sonic! Come quick!'
Sonic wanted to run to Tails, but Amy stopped him, 'This is our date Sonic, stay with me.' Amy said to him.
Tails arrived, Sonic noticed Tails usually doen't run this fast to tell him something, he was really exhausted.
'Sonic!' He said once more, 'I found a way to cause Chaos Control with the Master Emerald!'
'You did what?!' He replied.
'I can cause Chaos Control with a machine when attached to the Master Emerald.' Tails said to clear things up.
Sonic seemed to understand it now. But Amy wasn't convinced yet. 'I'm on a date with Sonic, That machine of yours has to wait!'
Tails was surprised with Amy's reaction, but he agreed.
Amy needs to have some time alone with Sonic, now she has the chance.
'Well, when you're ready, meet me at my house, okay ?' Tails said.
Three hours later, Sonic and Amy arrived at Tails' House in Emerald City. They looked more happy than usual, well, at least Amy did.
'Okay, I loaded the Machine into the Tornado, shall we leave for Angel Island now ?' Tails said.
They left Emerald City on the Tornado, Tails' favourite plane. Some time later they arrived on Angel Island, the home of the Master Emerald.
'Hey Knuckles, long time no see!' Sonic said when he saw Knuckles at the Altar.
'Hey, can we use your Master Emerald for a moment' Sonic asked him.
Knuckles denied and said the Master Emerald isn't a toy. It's a very powerfull Gem that can control the Chaos Emeralds.
'But...' Tails said 'I've found a way to cause Chaos Control with the Master Emerald'
'What!?' Knuckles said rather curious 'I thought Chaos Control was only possible with the Chaos Emeralds!'And so it was.
But with the help of Tails' machine it should work, he told to Knuckles.
'I analysed the frequencyof the Chaos Emeralds when using Chaos Control, and I've found the same pattern in the Master Emerald' This cleared things up, although Knuckles seemed even more confused about the idea, but... that was normal.
Tails was installing the machine while the sky turned dark. Something loud, like a loudspeaker!
'Hohoho! What have we here ?'
'Eggman' Sonic noticed.
'That's right Sonic, and I'm taking the Master Emerald for my next brilliant sceme!'
Eggman's floating fortress was just above them.
Eggman and his two right-hand robots flew out of the gigantic fortress in his Egg-Mobile.
'Knuckles, what a pleasant surprise' Eggman said.
'Go away Egghaed' Knuckles replied polite

'The machine is installed guys!' Tails said.
Eggman watched the machine, but couldn't really see what it'll do.
'Tails, what kind of machine is that ?' He asked curious.
'It generates elecrical shocs to change the frequency of the Master Emerald to cause Chaos Control' Tails replied when coming closer to the group.
Eggman was surprised, Tails appeared to be smarter than he thought he would be.
'Sorry to dissappoint you Tails, but I'm taking the Master Emerald' Eggman answered. Bocoe and Decoe ran towards the Master Emerald Shrine, but before they got there, Tails took action.
'Chaos Control!' He yelled when he pushed the remote control button of the machine.
The Master Emerald began Brighten up and a Dimensional portal opened!
'What did you do?' Eggman asked nervously.
'I activated the machine!' Tails ansered.
All of them, including Cream that just came by got sucked into the Dimensional Portal.
Then, the portal closed, leaving no-one on Angel Island.

. . .

Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy and Cream woke up in a foggy forest right next to a beautiful lake.
'W.. Where are we ?'

End of Chapter One

Not bad. Guessing this was based on Sonic X, seeing as Bocoe and Decoe are in this. But, there is one thing, why would Tails create that machine?

Slightly based on Sonic X, only some locations and those two robots Bocoe and Decoe are in it, the rest is pretty much my imagination

Well, Sonic and Shadow can use chaos control with the chaos emeralds right?
Tails' idea was to make it possible for everyone to use the chaos control from the Master Emerald for fast transportation, and to stop Eggman forever I guess :/

The Forest was shrouded in a thin mist, the lake beautiful.
In the middle of the lake appears to be some sort of small Island.
A small flashy being appeared right in front of them.
'Hello, are you lost ?' it asked
'Who are you ?' Amy asked it
'I am Mesprit, Guardian of the Lake'
'Lake ?' Amy wondered
'Look there, you will find your answer there' mesprit answered, and it dissappeared.
And what was that ? It appears to be some sort of sign.
Sonic closes in to see if he could read it...
'Lake Verity ?' Sonic noticed, 'What is this place ?'
'I could tell you that' a voice said.
'Who are you ?' Sonic asked
His name was Rowan, he appeared to be a scientist of some sort.
'Verity Lakefront is a legendary place thought to be the home of Mesprit, The being of emotion' Rowan said.
'Being of Emotion ?' They all wondered.
'Well...' Rowan said, 'Mesprit is one of three mystic beings that are believed to be the cause of our existence'
As far as the story of Rowan has gotten, No one seemed to understand it quite good.
'The other Two are Uxie, The being of Knowledge, and Azelf, The being of Willpower'
'Oh now i get it' Tails replied 'Those three make up our feelings!'
Indeed, they did. Rowan also said they are careful to stay away from human eyes.
'Hey, Wasn't that Mesprit we just saw ?' Amy asked the Professor.
'You saw it ?' Rowan said excited 'What did it do ?'
'Well, she told us she was guardian of this lake or something' Sonic replied.
'What ?! You mean you could understand Mesprit ?'
'Yeah, what's so special about that anyway' Knuckles said curious.
'Well, no one has every taked with Pokémon before' Rowan replied.
'So you mean they have their own language ? And we could understand it ?'
'Yes'
Sonic and the others seemed to understand these creatures they call "Pokémon".
And yet no one has ever had a conversation with Pokémon before.
Did this have something to do with the Master Emerald Incident ?
'Huh ? The Master Emerald ?!' Knuckles yelled
'What's the Problem Knuckles ?' Tails asked him
'The Master Emerald is not here, It's still on Agle Island!'
What ? how can they get home now ? Then Master Emerald was their only option
and specially when they even havent got the Chaos Emeralds.
'Huh, Master Emerald ?' Rowan asked.
'We used the Master Emerald as a portal and we ended up here, and now we can't get home' Tails replied.
Hmmmm... The professor didn't know what to say, or did he ?
'Well, I have a temporary solution to pass the time' He said
Everyone seemed interested in what the Professor had to say.
'I am Professor Rowan, a Pokémon scientist, I do research on Pokémon across the Entire Sinnoh Region, That's where we are now.'
'If you are going to stay here, then i suggest you become Pokémon Trainers'
Huh Pokémon Trainers ? What's that they all thought
'I will give you all a starter Pokémon, so you can eventually become a great Trainer' The Professor explained.
Sonic and the gang followed Rowan to his hometown, Sandgem Town, That's where his lab is.
The Professor grabbed some balls, painted red and white, Hmmm I wonder what they are.
'These are Pokéballs, they're used to catch wild Pokémon, to add them to your team up to six'
They all recieved a Pokéball, Rowan explained they had to throw the Pokéballs for the Pokémon to come out,
Sonic was the first to throw his ball.
'Go Whatever-you-are!' He said, a Pokémon names Piplup came out of the ball.
'a penguin ? cool, because it's as blue as me! hehehe.'
Knuckles followed his example wnd threw his pokéball.
a small red monkey came out of the ball, named Chimchar.
'Oh cool, it's tail is on fire'
Amy couldn't wait and threw her pokéball also,
The Pokémon that came out of her ball was a smallk grass-type, names Turtwig
'Oh, look how cute it is' Amy said.
Well, Tails didn't know what his Pokémon would be, but to find that out, he just needed to throw it.
'Go Pokéball!' he said, a small fox came out of the Pokéball, it's name was Eevee
'Allright, I like it so much!' Tails said of enjoyment.
Only cream was left, she was a little scared, but also curious, and threw her Pokéball eventually.
The Pokémon that came out of her pokéball was Buneary, she was very happy with it.
'okay, now you have your Pokémon, you can train it, and even get to the Pokémon League'
Huh ? Pokémon League ? they all seemed to think
'The Pokémon League is a place where Trainers go to test their skills, you have to face the Elite-4 and the Champion' Rowan said to encourage the gang.
'Sounds cool, let's go there' Sonic said of enjoyment
'But, before you can enter the Pokémon League, you have to collect Gym Badges across Sinnoh as proof to enter it' Rowan explained.
'But as I do with every Trainer I send into the World of Pokémon, I give them a special device that gives information on almost every specie of Pokémon, it's called a Pokédex' Rowan said.
Rowan gave them all a Pokédex, and explained what it does exactly.
'You guys are ready now, why don't you go to Jubilife City ? I heard there is a lot to see' Rowan said.
'We might as well try, while we're stuck here' Tails said.
'Okay, I'm ready, Let's go!' Sonic yelled of excitement.
And so our heroes learned about Pokémon, as they went on a trip to Jubilife City.
But little they Knew What Eggman was Doing at that very same time...

Sounds interesting. Sonic's in the Pokemon world. This is looking kinda like what I'm doing for Dawn of Eclipse but it's the fan characters that go to the other worlds.

'Urgh... Where are we ?'
Eggman and his robots, Bocoe and Decoe, woke up in a dark room.
What happened ?
Suddenly a light went on in the room, it was a small room,
It was just big enough for a car or something about that size.
The the door opened, a blue-haired man entered the room,
The 'G' on his uniform looked quite interesting.
'We found you unconscious in our building,
what were you doing here ?' the man asked.
'What is this ? A Police Station ?' Eggman asked suspicious.
'Oh no, far from it' he said 'This is our Headquarters'
'Headquarters ?' Eggman asked himself 'Who are you people ?'
'We are Team Galactic, we want to whipe the world clean
and build a new world that belongs to us!' he explained.
Eggman was surprised, that was the exact same plan he had
worked on for years, if it wasn't for that blue blur he
would've been Emperor by now.
'I am doctor Eggman Robotnik, and it may surprise you, but
I too was working on a very similar plan' Eggman told them.
'Oh but we already knew that, why would you think we would
keep you in out HQ if you didn't have any value to us!'
he said.
Eggman was intimidated by the blue-haired guy's knowledge.
'So what do you have in mind with me ?' Eggman asked curious.
'Let me first introduce myself, I am Cyrus, the leader of
Team Galactic, and these are my commanders' and while Cyrus
said their names, they entered the room.
'Commander Mars, Commander Jupiter and Commander Saturn'

'Doctor Eggman, would you like to be one of Galactic's
Commanders ?' Cyrus asked.
Eggman was really surprised by that question,
Why is he that important to them ?
They just met and they want him as a commander ?
'Well, I'm quite surprised by that question' Eggman told them
'But since I have no place to stay, I'll agree'
Cyrus was glad to hear that, you could see that on his face,
he and the other commanders started evil laughing,
So Eggman joined in the fun.
'Welcome to Team Galactic... Commander ..., euh...'
Eggman didn't know what happened, did Cyrus forgot his name ?
'Sorry, i didn't ask you yet, all of our Commanders have nicknames,
Like planets, which planet do you choose as your nickname ?'
Cyrus asked, but before Eggman could answer...
'BUT, you cannot choose one of the names already taken, also
Pluto has taken by our own Head Schientist, and there's one
Planet you don't want to have as a nickname.'
'I presume you mean the seventh planet from the sun ?' Eggman asked.
'Well, yes, you don't want to be called Commander Uranus...'
Eggman knew that, so he took the name of his favourite planet.
'I think I'll take Mercury' Eggman answered.
'Great' Cyrus said to him 'from now on you are Commander Mercury'

Sonic and the Others arrived in Jubilife City, to their surprise
a middle-aged man came running right towards them. Lucky for them
he stopped at the right time.
'Would you like some watches ?' he asked.
'Are you one of those merchants who try to get people to buy junk ?'
Knuckles said.
'No no, I'm from the Pokétch Company' he explained.
'The Pokétch Company ?' they all asked.
'Pokétch is short for Pokewatch, it has cool and helpful functions
to use on a journey' the man explained.
'Well, that could come in handy' Tails said.
'Here have these, because I like you guys' he said, and he gave
the group 5 pokéwatches.
The pokétches seemed to fit them perfectly,
But little did they know they were being followed.

Sonic wanted to know which way they had to go for Oreburgh City,
So he entered a building with a red roof, it looked quite important.
A Nurse came to them.
'Hello, I am nurse Joy. How can i help you ?'
'Oh so this is some kind of Pokémon hospital ?' Amy Asked
'Yes, injured pokémon are brought here for healing' She said.

'Do you know whe...' Sonic got interrupted by a person shouting at
the entrance on the Pokémon Center.
'Hey Sonic!' Barry yelled
'I have a package from Professor Rowan for you!'
Sonic ran to him to ask what that was about, it seemed Rowan had
send Barry with a parcil for Sonic, Because they left so fast
he didn't have the time to give it to them.
'Here Sonic, five Sinnoh Maps, so you can find your way around
here, i already got one, so these are yours.' Barry said while
handing over the five Sinnoh Maps.
'Gee, thanks Barry, we couldn't find the way to Oreburgh City'
Sonic said reliefed that he had those Sinnoh Maps.
'Well you go a little North here, when you see the tall
Jubilife TV building over there, turn right, then you're
on the right way' Barry explained.
'Oh and you should let your Pokémon rest well, you have a real
challenge ahead of you'
'No Problem' Sonic sain self-confident 'I can handle a little
challenge, how hard can it be ?' but even before Sonic said the
entire sentence, Barry already left the building.
Sonic descided to take a quick rest before leaving for Oreburgh.

'I want to leave for Orebugh City now, are you guys coming ?'
Sonic asked nervous. Well, they didn't have anything to do
except to pet their new Pokémon friends.
So they left on a journey to Oreburgh City,
And as they nearly left Jubilife City, Barry literally ran into
the group, He challenged Sonic to a pokémon battle!
Sonic was on fire, and accepted the challenge.
Barry send out Chimchar, and Sonic sent Piplup into the battle!
'Chimchar use ember!'Barry ordered.
As chimchar closed in, Sonic chose piplup's move.
'Piplup use bubble!'
Chimchar got hit pretty bad, and fainted as a result.
'Darn it! Alright Starly finish this!'
AS he send out Starly, Sonic thought of a next move Piplup
would use against a flying type.
'Piplup use Pound!', But starly avoided the attack using
quick attack, a succesfull hit! 'Piplup use pound again!'
Sonic said, It's a hit this time, and a pretty big hit,
Because the piplup was stronger, Starly fainted.
The battle was over, Sonic was the victor.
'Aw.. now I have to heal them again,... Well,
See you guys in Oreburgh!' Barry said, he ran back to
Jubilife's Pokémon Center.
'Well, we're of to Oreburgh City!' Sonic said, but Tails
Interrupted his moment of glory
'Hey Sonic, shouldn't we get some rest at the Pokémon center ?
Your Piplup must be exhausted from the battle'
Sonic agreed, they all went to Jubilife's Pokémon Center
to have a good night's rest.

The sun was rising, this promised to be a great day for Sonic.
He was going to challenge the Oreburgh City gym leader that day.
Tails woke up first, he noticed something was wrong, and woke up Sonic and the rest immediately.
'Sonic! wake up! wake up!' he yelled.
'W..what's the matter Tails? Eggman's Back ?' Sonic replied, still exhausted.
'No! we overslept, we forgot to set our watches!' Tails explained.
'What ? Is that all ?' Knuckles replied "friendly"
Tails guesses it was a bit overreacted from his side, and checks the Pokémon center, but he came back soon.
Tails told them Barry had already left for Oreburgh, now they had to go there all by themselves.
'Darn it!' Sonic said to himself while thinking of a solution.
'Guess we'll have to find it by ourselves' Amy said.
'alright, here we go!' Sonic said while they walked out of the Pokémoncenter.

... Meanwhile on another place.

'So, are we ready for our departure?' a shady person said.
'yes, we are ready to leave for Valley Windworks, I hope your plan works, or it will be the last we hear from you, id that clear ?' a higher-ranked person said.
'eh, yes, at least I hope so' the shady person replied.
'It better, we'll need lots of it for our great master plan' the High-ranked person replied.
'Soon this will be all ours, and we'll be unstoppable!'

... Back at the Jubilife border

Sonic and friends were progressing greatly, they've just left Jubilife City, and found themselves in fron of a cave.
Knuckles thought it'd be the best way to get to Orburgh city.
After a whie, they all went in the cave anyway, Tails used a flashlight to see where they were going.
There appeared to be some wild Pokémon in the cave, Sonic decided he would catch one in case his Piplup wasn't strong enough to beat the gym leader.
'look Sonic! it's a wild Pokémon!' Tails said i'll check my pokédex to see which one it is. 'It's a Geodude!'
'cool, I'll catch it with a pokéball!' Sonic said.
And he threw his pokéball.
but the wild Geodude immediately broke free from the ball.
'Huh ? why won't it stay inside ?' Sonic asked
'I think you'll need to weaken it first' Amy told him.
'Weaken it ? uh... okay, hold on' Sonic replied 'Piplup, use .. bubble!'
Piplup's bubble did a lot of damage, Geodude was badly harmed by the bubble attack.
'okay, now I'll throw the Pokéball' Sonic said, and he threw his ball, this time Geodude tayed in the ball.
'Yeah, I caught myself a Geodude!' Sonic yelled of enjoyment.
'Good work Sonic!' Tails said to him.
'Stop dancing will you, we need to get to Oreburgh' Knuckles replied while being a partypooper.
'Knuckles is right, we can't stay in this cave, it's too scary' Amy replied, and they wandered around the cave for some more time, and they finally got out of the cave.
'So this is Oreburgh City ?' Tails said questioning.
Suddenly a local went to them, he asked if he could give them a tour around the town, since they didn't know where to go, they went with him.
He showed them the Pokémon Center and the Pokémarket, that's where you can buy all sorts of stuff like healing items and Pokéballs. He also showed them the thing the city is famous for: The Coal Mine and the Coal Museum.
Then they arrived at a tall building.
'This is the Oreburgh Gym' the young man told them.
'So can I battle the gym leader now ?' Sonic asked
'I'm afraid that it's not possible at this time' Barry said.
'Barry ? what are you doing here ?' Tails asked him.
'I've beaten the Gym leader some minutes ago, He said he was going to the Mine to trin his pokémon a bit' Barry explained.
'So he's at the Mine eh ?' Sonic said, maybe if he went into the mine he could get the gym leader out to battle him.
'Do as you like Sonic, I already have the Coal Badge, now I'm headed for Eterna City for thee second Badge, see you guys' Barry said, and he took of like a tornado.
'We better head over to thee Mines' Knuckles mentioned.
Sonic and the others then went to the Oreburgh mines, the entrance was huge, the mines were bigger than they had ever imagined.
'Well, we better head inside before someone notices us' Amy told them.
They all agreed, and went into the mines. To their surprise, there were a lot of trainers inside the mines, it appeared that part of the mines was no longer in use due to the large amout of wild pokémon in that area. All sorts of trainers went there to train agains rock-type pokémon, and even to catch them, this reminded Sonic of something.
'I'm gonna catch another of these Pokémon to make my team larger' He said, and he looked around, if there were some inteeresting pokémon, and he selected a huge rocky snake.
'It's an Onix, Sonic!' Tails said, pointing his Pokédex at the creature.
'Time for me to catch one, Go Piplup!' Sonic yelled, Piplup used bubble, it damaged the Onix quite a bit.
Sonic threw a pokéball, and he caught the Onix.
'Sweet catch Sonic, you've got three pokémon now' Tails mentioned.
'Sonic, let's just go find the gym leader, we can't stay in here forever.' Knuckles said.
'Sonic, Knuckles is right, we should look for the gym leader, it's getting creepy in here' Amy said frightened
'Did someone say gym Leader ?'
A man came from a dark tunnel further in the mines.
'yeah, we are looking for this city's gym leader' Tails replied.
'Well, then you've got your man, I'm Roark, oreburgh's Gym Leader' Roark said 'We should get out of this mine if you want your batle'
They went out of the mine, and they headed over to the Gym where Sonic will have his battle with Roark.
'Sonic, we should go to the Pokémon center before you're going to fight Roark' Tails noticed just in time, and he was right, the pokémon Sonic caught and even Piplup were pretty exhausted.
But it wasn't that bad, Nurse Joy said his pokémon were ready to battle.
Sonic went to the Gym where Roark was waiting for his challenge.
'Roark, I'm ready for the battle' Sonic said
'Well, it's about time you showed up' Roark answered 'As the Oreburgh City Gym Leader I accept your challenge Sonic! Go Geodude!'.
Roark sent out his Geodude, Sonic fought a Geoudude before, and it was greatly harmed by his Piplup, so he knew which of his pokémon he should send out.
'Go Piplup!' Sonic said 'Go, use bubble!'
The bubble attack was a critical hit, Geodude fainted instantly.
'Argh, come back Geodude, okay you've asked for it, Go Onix!' Roark said.
Sonic already fought an onix too, but this felt different.
Onix started to attack first, but piplup was able to avoid the attack, and used water gun, a new attack that piplup appeard to have learned.
Onix wasn't up to the water gun of Piplup, and fainted.
'Onix come back... Well you seem to be good at this Sonic, I must admit that, but I wonder... if you can beat Cranidos!'
Roark's Cranidos looked really tough.
'Piplup use water un again!' Sonic yelled.
But it didn't appear to do a lot of damage.
'Allright Cranidos, use Pursuit!' Roark told to his cranidos.
It's a hit, and not a small one, Piplup is in pretty bad shape,
Piplup uses water gun one more time, it hits again, but Cranidos seems to stay on his feet.
'Come Back Piplup!' Sonic said 'Go Onix!'
Roark didn't expect Sonic to change his pokemon.
Sonic's Onix used it's tail to slam into Cranidos, and it appeard to do a lot of damage, but Cranidos didn't give up just yet, it used Pursuit once more, it hit Onix, but didn't do much damage.
Onix used it's attack once more, Cranidos fainted.
Sonic won the Gym Battle!
'Here Sonic, the Coal Badge' Roark said while he gavee his badge to Sonic.
'Yeah, i've got one of the eight gym badges' Sonic said of joy.
'yup, seven more to go, but you might rest up, before heading to Eterna City, since it's a long back to Jubilife City' Roark explained.
'What ? we need to go back to Jubilife City before we can get to Eterna City ?' Knuckles asked nervously
'Well, you also need to pass Floaroma town before you arrive at Eterna City' Roark continued.
'oh man, that's a long way is it ?' Amy Asked.
'Well, if you like fresh air, and the beauty of the Sinnoh Region, I think it'll be just fine' Roark said. 'Well, see you guys later!'
Roark left to the Mines once more, Some people thing he works in the Mine, others think he only trains in there.

Sonic and friends went to the Oreburgh pokémon center to stay for the night.


End of Chapter Four

The next morning was beautiful. The sun was shining, not a cloud in the sky.
Sonic and the others were waiting in the Pokémon center for their pokémon, Nurse Joy went to get them.
A couple of minutes later Nurse Joy appeared with the pokémon.
'Here they are' she said 'So you're of to Floaroma Town, right ?'
'Yep' Sonic mentioned 'But first we need to go back to Jubilife City, and then we go North,
Roark explained that to us yesterday' he said.

And thus they left the pokémon center, when they got to the cave they noticed Barry was long-gone,
he was propably in Floaroma Town by now. But they were wrong, the blonde boy ran out of the Pokémon center
at full speed, when he rushed by Sonic, he mentioned he was going back to Jubilife City to train some more.
But before anyone noticed, Barry disappeared into the cave.
Sonic and the others went in aswell, to reach Jubilife City.
After some hours training in the cave, they reached the end of it.
Barry ran towards them once again, saying that two persons in space-suits were bothering professor Rowan and Dawn
on the Northern part of the city.
Sonic and the others went there immediatly, The professor was talking to the spacemen.

'Do you even know what you are doing ?' The professor said.
'Oh please, stop meddling with us already, it's not that you can do something about it.' one of the men said.
'Yeah, you'll never stop Team Galactic by yourself!' the other one said.
'Oh Great, you blew our cover' the first grunt said.
'Yeah, well,... You should've stopped me from saying it' the second grunt said.
'Will you two stop fighting like that, you look like a married couple!' The Professor said.
'Argh, just give us the device, or you'll be sorry' the grunts said simultaniously.

Sonic arrived at the spot and quickly stood in front of the professor and Dawn

'You should choose wisely before meddling with someone' Sonic said.

The grunts started laughing, they said he must not judge them by appearance, Team Galactic was strongest!

'Well, we'll see about that' Sonic said, he threw his pokémon into battle, Dawn joined in the fight,
as it would become a double battle!

'What ? Two Piplups ?!' the first grunt said.
'Well, that doesn't matter anyway because we have our Zubats!' the other grunt replied
'A double battle ?' Tails asked.
'yes, these battles are done with either two pokémon per trainer or two trainers using each one Pokémon per team'
The Professor explained.

By the time the professor explained how double battles work, Sonic and Dawn had already beaten the two Galactic grunts.

'You may have beaten us, but Team Galactic will be victorious!' the grunts yelled when running away.
'Whoa, this is something else than beating up Eggman robots' Sonic said.
'Who is this "Eggman" you're speaking of ?' the professor asked.
'Eggman is a brilliant scientist from our world who always tries to take over our world' Tails explained
'And he was with us when we got teleported to this world' he continued.
'Does that mean Eggman's also here ?' Dawn asked.
'Propably, but the question we should be asking is What he's up to.' Sonic replied.
'Well, we can't stay here doing nothing' Knuckles said
'Correct, you should concentrate on training your pokémon well, they can help you on your quest' the professor said.
'And while you're on that, I will investigate why and how you got transported to our world'
'I can keep in contact with you, with the visual phones in the Pokémon centers' the professor said, and gave them his number.
'Thanks professor Rowan' Sonic said.
'Your next destination would be Floaroma Town, There...' The professor said, but got interrupted by Dawn.
'There is a Pokémon Contest, and I want to become a Pokémon Coordinator, just like my mom' Dawn said.
'A Pokémon Coordinator ?' Amy asked her.
'A Pokémon Coordinator is a person who guides their pokémon in contests by doing awesome super cute moves,
that will convince the judges that you're the best' Dawn explained
'Oh, I want to become one!' Cream said
'Don't forget about me!' Amy said of enjoyment.
'Hey yeah, we can put all our prizes together and build up a huge collection!' Dawn replied.

Dawn joins Sonic as they left for Floaroma Town, the town of flowers.

'You know, legend says a pokémon named Shaymin grew all the beautiful flowers there' Dawn said 'A town filled with flowers'

I can easily sit two-three hours writing on one chapter

And by the way, I already sketched out a storyline which will take about 17 chapters.
And additional storyline is also possible after those (but I'm still unsure if I'll make them, it's alot of work)

okay, I'll post it now then
I usually post it later in the evening (in my timezone OTL)
but since there's so much people actually reading it, I have no choice xD

I didn't think I would ever get so much people reading my story,
on dA, no-one has faved or commented on the chapters (on the first chapter I think, but none on the others)

Well, I hope you can wait at least one more day for chapter 7, it's nearly all typed on my computer.
Chapter 8 is 1/2 done, and I still have to write chapters 9-17
so it will still take a while :(


anyway, let's get on with the story...




When Dawn, Sonic and the others arrived at Floaroma Town they noticed the giant contest hall
right in the middle of the town. On the right side is a Pokémon center, and on the left side
is a Pokémall and several houses.
The town has a green theme, the buildings are slightly more green, and there are flowers everywhere.
'Look Sonic, we're in Floaroma Town' Danw said.
'Whoa it's so pretty' Amy said of joy.
'And there is Floaroma's contest hall' Dawn said and pointed at the large round building in the center of the village.
But then suddenly one of the villagers ran towards them,
It was a woman who looked familiar.
'Pokémon trainers!' She yelled 'You gotta help me!'
It was Nurse Joy from the local Pokémon Center.
'What's the problem?' Dawn asked her.
'Oh it's terrible! The town's power supply in Valley Windworks has stopped, it's a total black-out!' Nurse Joy said
'Without it I can't heal any Pokémon'.
'Valley Windworks ?' Sonic asked her.
'Valley Windworks is a pass where they've set several windmills
to provide the town of green electricity, but they've stopped supplying us' Nurse Joy Explained.
'Oh no, we have to activate them again, and fast!' Tails said.
'Valley Windworks is to the east of the town' Nurse Joy explained to them.
Sonic and the others left for Valley Windworks, but on the way there they came across a crying little girl.
'Hey, is there a problem ?' Dawn asked politely.
'..yes, my daddy works there in the Valley, and some men in spacesuits kidnapped him' She said sniffing.
'So your dad works at Valley Windworks ?' Dawn asked her.
'... yes...' She replied carefully.
'C'mon we need to get to the Valley, let's save her dad' Sonic said and pulled them along to the power plant.
As soon as they arrived they noticed three men in spacesuits,
Could it be ? Yes, they were members of Team Galactic.
'What does Team Galactic want this time ?' Knuckles said furious.
'I'm not sure, but they are propably causing the power failures in the town' Tails said 'so we better stop them'
'Yeah, you're right' Sonic said 'Let's kick their butts!'

As soon as they approached the three grunts, two of them got really scared.
'Hey isn't that...' The first one said, almost wetting his pants.
'Yeah, it's.. it's the blue hedgehog that owned us in Jubilife City' The second grunt completed
The third grunt didn't understand what they were saying, and wasn't impressed either.
'THAT owned you two in Jubilife ?!' The third grunt said almost bursting into laugh.
'No, we're serious man, he's really strong' The two grunts said.
And the two grunts ran away, they said they had more important things to do than guarding some plant's door.
One of them mentioned collectiong honey or something.
The third one was rather happy to hear that news.
'If I beat you guys i will definately get a promotion!'
He sent his one and only pokémon into battle, a strong Zubat.
Sonic used his Piplup for this battle.
One quick water gun and the Zubat fainted.
'W... What ?!' The grunt said. 'This can't be!'
'Just let us in the building, you've lost!' Sonic said.
A quick move from the grunt and he was inside the plant with the door shut tight.
'Whahaha! Try to get in here, I dare you! There are only two keys!'
The grunt said, and enjoyed the feeling of being smart for a second.
'So there are two keys?' Sonic asked him.
'Yeah, I got one, and those two nitwits had one too'.
The grunt replied without using his head again,
Telling them exactly where the other key should be.
'Where did those two go ?' Tails asked
'Well, They said something about collecting honey...' Sonic replied to Tails.
'Oh!' Dawn said 'Floaroma Town is famous for it's delicious sweet honey!'
'So those two grunts are in Floaroma Town ?' Amy asked
'There's only one way to find out, you guys stay here, I'll get the key'
Sonic said as he rushed towards the town.
As soon as Sonic arrived in Floaroma Town, Nurse Joy came to him, asking him
if Valley Windworks will be working anytime soon.
Sonic explained what happened at Valley Windoworks' Power Plant.
'Have you seen any men in spacesuits running here by any chance ?' Sonic asked her.
'I saw some guys in weird outfits, yes' She said 'They were talking about honey if I'm not mistaken.
'So where did they go ?' Sonic asked her.
'They ran towards the flower field to the North of the town' She said.
'Time to pay them a visit then' Sonic said, he ran to the Northern part of the town.

The two Grunts were talking to an older man.
'C'mon grandpa, give us the honey!' The first grunt said.
'Yeah, with that sweet honey we will attract and capture wild Pokémon' The second one said.
'Why must you always reveal our plant to strangers without a reason ?' The first grunt replied.
'No!' the old man said 'This is the town's treasure! If you're not paying for it, you're not getting it!'
'Just give us the stuff grandpa, or you'll be sorry' The grunts said to him laughing.
Sonic came closer to the group, the second the grunts noticed him, their laughs disappeared.
'No, it's that blue hedgehog again!' The first grunt said.
'Wait bro, We're two againts one, that'll work!' The second one said.
'Okay, here goes!' The first one replied, and sent out his Zubat!
'I'll join too, this way you'll lose for sure!' The second grunt said, and he sent out his Glameow.
'So it's a double battle eh ?' Sonic said to himself.
Sonic sent out two of his Pokémon to even the match.
'Go Piplup and Starly!'
Sonic's Pokémon started the attaack, Piplup used Water Gun against Glameow, And Starly performed
a Wing Attack on Zubat!
The Glameow didn't stand a chance against the powerfull Water Gun and fainted instantly.
The Zubat took a lot of damage, but was still able to stay airborne,
Zubat used Supersonic as a counterattack to confuse Piplup.
'Argh, Piplup Focus!' Sonic shouted at Piplup, but it wasn't helping much.
'Starly do another Wing Attack!' Sonic ordered.
The Zubat couldn't last anylonger and fainted to the powerfull Wing Attack.
'Yeah, we won!' Sonic said of joy.
'Blast it! We lost again ??' The first grunt said
'Let's run away' The second one said
'Yeah, good idea' The first one replied, and they ran away as fast as they could.
There was a shiny object on the ground between the flowers,
it was the Power Plant's key!
Sonic picked it up, and stored it safely in his backpack.
Suddenly, Starly started to glow, a bright white light.
When the light faded, Starly didn't look the same as before, it changed shape ?
'Ah, Finally I've witnessed a Pokémon evolution' The old man said.
'Evolution ?' Sonic asked curious.
'Yes, they say some Pokémon evolve when they battle together with their trainer,
There have been different methods of evolving,
but that's definately the most frequent one' The old man explained.
'Oh, now I get it. So Starly evolved ?' Sonic asked.
'yes, your Starly evolved into Staravia' The man said.
'Staravia ?' Sonic asked 'So they change name too huh ? Pretty neat'
'Well, I need to go back to my friends now, see ya!' Sonic said, and left.

A couple of minutes later Sonic arrived back at the Power Plant in Valley Windworks.
'So, did you get the key ?' Knuckles asked.
'Yeah, pretty easy if you ask me' Sonic replied.
Sonic took the key out of his backpack and used it to open the Plant's door.
The moment they opened it, the grunt who locked himself inside, was terrified.
'What? You? Wh... What are you doing here ?' The Grunt asked 'And how did you get in here?'
'Well, it doesn't matter!' The Grunt said 'I need to warn the commander'
And the Grunt left in a rush.
'Commander?' Tails said 'This could mean trouble!'
'We can't stay here doing nothing' Amy said.
'Yeah you're right, We'll stop Team Galactic and give the town's Power back!' Sonic said.
They continued to walk in the plant.

As they were searching the Plant for clues, Amy discovered a light in one of the rooms,
It was the only room in the entire building which had it's light s on.
'So, you're the meddeling kids I've heard about' A redhairde woman said.
'Yes commander, they've been trying to stop us' One of the grunts said.
'You're a commander ?' Tails asked.
'Well yes ofcourse, I'm Commander Mars, one of the Four... I mean Five Galactic Commanders' She answered
'We're collecting energy, so back off!'.
'But the Pokémon Center of Floaroma Town needs the energy' Dawn said.
'Like I care' Commander Mars replied.
'I've heard enough of this!' Sonic said 'Go Piplup!'
Sonic sent out his Piplup, challenging the Commander for a Pokémon battle.
'Hahaha! You think you can beat me ? ME?' She said 'Allright, have it your way!'
Commander Mars sent out one of her Pokémon, it was a Golbat.
Sonic ordered his Piplup to use Water Gun on the Golbat.
It hit, but wasn't very effective, The GOlbat was still flying.
The Commander ordered Golbat to use Mean Look,
Sonic's Piplup was so terrified by the Mean Look that it couldn't enter it's Pokéball anymore.
'Argh, Piplup use your Water Gun again!' Sonic said.
Piplup did use a water attack, but it wasn't a Water Gun at all.
The powerfull water attack was so strong it knocked the Golbat out!
'Whoa, what kind of attack whas that ?' Sonic asked himself.
'So your Piplup can use Water Pulse eh?' Commander Mars said
'It shouldn't matter, if you think that's enough to beat my ultimate Pokémon, then you're wrong!'
Commander Mars sent out her last Pokémon, it was a Pokémon none of them had ever seen before.
Sonic pulled out his Pokédex to check it.
"Skuntank, the skunk Pokémon, it's terrible smell can poison People and Pokémon near it"
The Pokédex said, Sonic was up for a tough battle.
Piplup regained his courage, because the Golbat fainted that used Mean Look.
'COme back Piplup!' Sonic said 'Go Staravia!'
Sonic sent out his Staravia, and ordered it to use Peck.
The Skuntank got hit by the Peck, but wasn't hurt badly.
'Pathetic!' Commander Mars said 'Skuntank, Poison Gas, now!'
The Skuntank released a poisonous cloud that engulfed the Staravia.
'No! Staravia!' Sonic yelled.
Staravia flew away from the Cloud and attacked the Skuntank with a barrage of pecks.
'Whoa, your Staravia can use Drill Peck ?' Dawn said 'Awesome!'
Skuntank endured the Drill Peck barely.
'Enough of that!' Commander Mars said 'Skuntank, finish that Staravia with Night Slash!'
Staravia was hit pretty badly and fainted.
'Oh no!' Sonic yelled '... Go Piplup!'
Piplup immediately attacked without waiting for it's Trainer's orders.
Piplup shot a Water Pulse right on the Skuntank.
The Skuntank could barely stand any longer, the battle ended with a quick attack by Piplup.

'Argh! How did you beat me that easily?' Commander Mars said. 'Oh never mind'
She turned the other way and called out for someone.
'Hey! Commander Charon! What's the status on the Energy Collecting ?' Commander Mars asked.
'As I told you before, I prefer to be called Professor Charon' Professor Charon said.
'This is not the time now to argue about something like that!' Commander Mars replied.
'Fine dear, we have gathered about 89% of the energy' Professor Charon said
'... That's enough for now!' Commander Mars said 'everyone retreat!'
And before anyone noticed, they were all gone but one man.
The remaining man appeared to be one of the Plant's employees.
'Thank you blue hedgehog for saving me! How can I thank you ?' The man said
'Well, turning the town's power back on would be great' Sonic replied.
'Oh, yes, just a sec' The man said, and after pulling some levers and pushing some buttons,
the town had it's electricity back.
Suddenly a little girl ran inside
'Papa! Papa! you're okay?' She asked.
'Yes, I'm fine. Thanks to these guys' The man said.
'eww... daddy, you smell, take a shower' She said to her dad.
'Well, they had me working 24 hours non-stop' He explained.

Sonic and his friends all returned to Floaroma Town.
Nurse Joy thanked them for their work and geve them her last three contest passes.
'Here you go, normally you should pay for them, but since you rescued the town I'll just give them' She said.
Sonic wasn't really interested in these contests so he gave them to Dawn, Amy and Cream,
They were very happy with those passes.
It was a hard day, so Sonic wants to give his Pokémon a good treatment in the Pokémon Center.
But before any of that could happen, Piplup started to glow also.
When the light disappeared, Piplup seemed three times larger and started to look more like a penguin.
Sonic checked his Pokédex on this new for of Piplup.
"Prinplup, the evolution of Piplup. Prinplup can peck it's foes at very high speed" The Pokédex said.
'Cool!' Sonic said 'Now we can beat the second gym!'
'Oh, you mean the gym in Eterna City ?' Nurse Joy asked him
'Eterna City is to the North of here, right through Eterna Forest'.
'Thanks' Sonic replied 'But we'll stay here for the night'
Sonic and the others stayed at the Floaroma Pokémon Center that night,
waiting for the next day to come.
