Dr. Bill a NEW evil genius decides to use these Heart if Flames to power up his Black Chaos base. Daz is off on Vacation and he put Seb in charge. Morgan then calls Seb and tells him a mysterious villain is trying to use the Heart of Flames to conquer the world. Seb knows what he has to do so he travels to Flame Isle to stop this evil once and for all!
