The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3DS Intro

It's quite purdy.

I've never agreed with remaking in general, and especially not re-releasing, this doesn't appear to have any significant improvements over the original, and the only reason I can see why they're doing this is because they (Nintendo) reviewed their best-sellers list and noticed Ocarina of Time, and decided to start milking Zelda. It's worse than Sonic Adventure DX or Sonic Adventure 2 Battle, because they at least had additional content. Maybe they did the same with this, but it's not evident from the trailer.

Hey, you're playing Ocarina of Time on a handheld with better graphics than the original and maybe additional content.

I don't recall all what they added, but Master Quest is included, along with the obligatory boss rush and time attack modes.

Didn't they redo the Water Temple?

I thought everyone knew what that was.

It was a remixed version that came packaged with preorder copies of Wind Waker (I believe, it may have been something else, but it was certainly a special deal like that.), the dungeon layouts are entirely changed, and the game is generally harder.

Okay, so maybe it's not as bad as Sega's intellectual property rapefest, but you could just mod an N64 into being handheld if portability mattered that much, and I still prefer the idea of original concepts over simple rehashes.

But hey, it's not even out yet, so who am I to judge?

On the plus side, the music sounds better.

Really? An IGN article I read last month said they're reusing the exact same music.
