This looks like a bad fangame, to be honest.
It's only for 360 and PS3 and is merely a downloadable title, by the way. It could be Sonic 4 episode 2 for all we know.

Sega's a large company like AT&T. Do your REALLY think they'd go back to the old Sonic design when they've already got something good going? I agree with Joe. This is probably just a fan thing. However, it would be nice if it were real.

Yeah. They're probably just trying to relieve some pressure from the fans of the old games. Just like AT&T, they probably could care less because many people have never even heard of the old games, much less played them.

How would this be like AT&T? That is whole different story there, they do phones, SEGA is purely software development a.k.a. video games. So how is it the same? From this trailer it shows they DO have, even if it is small, interest in us old fans. They won't discard us completely, they already showed they care with Sonic 4. I know its not perfect but at least its something. They at least tried to give you the aspect of the old Sonic games.
Now, AT&T, don't even get me started. Its just a stupid phone company, I'll leave it at that.
I see no relation to the two whatsoever. As for the trailer, I cant really say much with a one minute trailer just watching the green eyed Sonic and then the old one coming out running next to him. It gives us no information over it. Its like when they did Sonic Colors, 30 seconds, Sonic running, Tails coming in, then the wisps, followed by the wisps spelling out the name/logo. And a lot of people assumed the worst, especially for the game's title. Was it a horrible game? No, I enjoyed it and I'm sure many people did. It as fun, exciting, and was a challenge. So, you really can't say much at all with this, we just have to wait and see.

Looks fun. Classic Sonic's gameplay actually looks very close to the original Genisis games.
