Tales of Graces ƒ

Because it's part of the Tales series, which is insanely awesome. It basically just got tease announced, so I'll try to update it as more information becomes available. No word on whether it's Wii, PS3, or both.

Smudged logo day 1:


If you look to the left, you can see Tales, and to the right an es, ending the word Graces.


Day 2:


A date, 2/2/2011 has been added, most likely an announcement date. You can clearly see of and the es of the word tales. A large w is present, and pacman and ghosts are scattered throughout.


Day 3:



It's starting to look more like a bunch of games for this year's line up, but an e is visible that resembles an e from Vesperia, possibly meaning they're localizing the PS3 port.


Day 4:



It's more distorted, and Galaga can be seen.


Day 5:



Pacman can be seen in this one, again.


Day 6:



Pieces of Vesperia's logo can be clearly seen. The announcement regarding all of these images is tomorrow.


Day 7:



Tales of Graces ƒ is officially announced, and a roadblock is occasionally given if you try to visit http://www.talesrpg.com/

...f? What's that mean? Future? Fabled? Forever? Is this a sequel, or something?

The f stands for future, in the PS3 port, they added extra story content in which something happens either half a year or a year after the original Wii storyline.

Apparently it's due for 2012 for both Europe and North America for the PS3. The date for North America may be sooner, there's a lot of confusion on the matter.

What was the point in referencing Galaga and Pac-Man? Was it just trivia about how some of the shapes for their logos were inspired?

Actually, I think new Galaga and Pac Man games were announced in Japan.

Probably, but I don't feel like digging it up.
